Winner Triumph Australia Racing Ready For Home State ProMX Round At Traralgon
The Winner Triumph Australia Racing Team continues to build momentum heading into Round 4 of the 2025 ProMX Championship at Taralgon, Victoria. As the final Home state race on the ProMX Calendar for the Melbourne based team, the familiar terrain of Taralgon in Gippsland provides an exciting backdrop for team riders to go after season best performances as the gates drop tomorrow.
In the MX1 Class, Jack Simpson leads the charge on the All-New Triumph RC-450, continuing to develop the bike in collaboration with the Winner Motorcycles based program.
Simpson, coming off a season best opening Moto at Gillman, is excited to go racing at Taralgon.
“I spent my childhood racing the Gippy MX events so Taralgon is a track surface I’m very comfortable with. I’ve been riding more consistently these past few weeks after Gillman with my training schedule and I’m starting to feel like I did riding in the USA over the last five years”, said Simpson.
“The Team has been patient with me adapting to the new bike and returning to racing in Australia and I’m excited to get after it this weekend and show what we are capable of here at Taralgon”, concluded Simpson.
In the MX2 Class, Team mates Connor Adams and Thynan Kean continue to cut their teeth in the highly competitive MX2 Class this season aboard the Triumph TF250-X, with break out rides expected for both riders at the familiar confines of Taralgon.
Round 4 of the 2025 ProMX Championship takes place at the Traralgon Circuit in Victoria on Sunday 25th May. The event is broadcast across free-to-air coverage on SBS and streaming platform SBS On Demand along with the ProMX TV livestream coverage.
