Jet Alsop To Debut Ride Red Honda At ProMX Opening Round

The Opening Round of the 2025 ProMX Championship at Wonthaggi will mark the debut on Ride Red machinery for Jet Alsop in the MX3 Class, following the off-season announcement of Jett leaving his longtime KTM Australia Racing factory seat.

For Alsop, who had spent a lifetime on KTM, the change, although daunting,, has breathed fresh life into his racing career on the eve of the 25’ ProMX Championship.

“It was hard to leave KTM, but it was time for a change and I have found a great home with Ride Red Honda and the support from Jed Parsons and Craig Brown at JPM Motorsports who have built me an incredible bike to race”.

“This is my last year in MX3 and we debated up until recent weeks if going to the MX2 class was the best option. Ultimately I feel I have unfinished business in MX3 and I don’t want to spend my career wondering if I should have finished out my eligibility in MX3 chasing the Championship in 2025.”

“My goals are to stay healthy and consistent and build on that as the season develops”, commented Alsop.

With a full off-season of training under the watchful eye of Ford Dale and a new home on the CRF250R, watch for Alsop to be the potential sleeper in MX3, with speed that is unquestionable, 2025 could be the year the young QLD rider puts it all together in a bid for the 2025 ProMX Championship.
