PODIUM PERFORMANCE FOR RAB-JONES IN CANBERRA WITH MOTO1 MOTORCYCLES KTM JUNIOR DEVELOPMENT TEAM
Canberra, ACT | July 6, 2025
Moto1 Motorcycles KTM Junior Development Team rider Rowdy Rab-Jones landed a standout performance with 3rd Overall at Round 2 of the KTM MX65 Futures Class at ProMX Canberra.
Racing on the same professional caliber track as Australia’s top-tier ProMX athletes, Rab-Jones handled the hard-packed, technical ruts with maturity and intensity to nail a podium finish.
With a 5th place result in Moto 1, the QLD based rider returned with purpose in Moto 2, battling to claim 3rd. His 5-3 moto finishes were enough to secure 3rd overall for the round, marking his first ProMX-level podium of the season and a new high point in his development journey.
“I am stoked to land on the podium here in Canberra,” Rab-Jones shared post-race.
“Traralgon did not go well, so to bounce back here on a track I really enjoyed felt great.
“Thanks to my parents and the Moto1 Motorcycles KTM Junior Development Team for all of their support.”
The Moto1 Motorcycles KTM Junior Development Team continues it’s rider development program in 2025, now heading to the Final Round of the Sunshine State MX Championships taking place at Rockhampton, QLD from the 18th-2th July.
