The Winner Triumph Australia Racing Team pushed through a demanding day of racing at Round 5 of the 2025 Penrite ProMX Championship in Warwick, QLD. Rough and loamy conditions created one of the more challenging tracks of the season, testing both rider endurance and bike setup across the board.

In the MX1 Class, Jack Simpson continued his steady return to form, qualifying 16th before putting together two consistent moto rides. A gritty effort in both motos saw Simpson finish 14th and 13th respectively, placing him 13th Overall for the round and 15th in the MX1 Championship standings.

“I was happy with how I rode today,”

“I’ve been struggling with arm pump in qualifying and that had a bit of a lingering effect on Moto 1, but it was a solid day and we will keep improving for Canberra.”

Simpson remains focused on building both his race fitness and the ongoing development of the all-new Triumph RC-450, as he continues to chip away at the lead group.

In MX2, both Connar Adams and Thynan Kean showed resilience throughout the day.

For Kean, after a DNF in Moto 1, he would bounce back with an improved second moto, finishing 15th and taking 21st Overall for the round.

“I struggled in the opening moto but felt much better between myself on track and the bike in Moto 2.”

“15th is a solid base to build from heading into Canberra,” Kean shared.

Connar Adams showed remarkable strength following a first turn crash in Moto 2, resulting in a broken finger. After finishing the Moto in 22nd position, Adams was transported to Hospital in Brisbane where he has subsequently undergone successful surgery to repair his injury. A return to competition date is not yet available.

The Winner Triumph Australia Racing Team now turns its attention to Round 6 of the ProMX Championship in Canberra, with continued focus on rider development, performance consistency, and ongoing evolution of the Triumph platform in its debut season.
